Many organisations face the challenge of ensuring future skills and expertise to ensure/maintain profitability and sustainability. In ensuring this, companies and organisations need experienced employees who would be able to fit perfectly in their environment and would embrace their business culture.

At Extribyte we believe that the future belongs to the current school leavers and University Graduates, who are your future employees, managers and CEO's. They however, face the hard realities of
We recognise the fact that South Africa's young people often face significant barriers to establish or manage their own businesses. On the other hand, we also understand that not every young person can start/run a business. South Africa on its own has got lots of natural resources that young people can exploit in creating sustainable businesses. Our different provinces have different types of resources to create such opportunities.

For our young South Africans, we've developed a comprehensive curriculum for Youth Entrepreneurship.

unemployment and the lack of any experience of the workplace.

We bring Youth and Companies together by facilitating a process that would ensure that our Youth are employable and job-ready.

We help organisations to create and facilitate learning opportunities for unemployed young people based on the current and future needs of the company. The result is a young talent pool who embrace the company's culture and who understand its business, as well as a group of young skilled people who are able to enter the main stream of employment in our country.

In the process we also make all efforts to create job opportunities for these Youths, whether within the specific company or in the rest of the industry.

Youth Employability

Youth Entrepreneurship
Youth development can bedefined as a process that all young people go through on the way to adulthood.
South Africa has put in place policies and programmes to address the challenges of youth unemployment. Some of these policies and programmes are explored from the municipal level but the emphasis is on the national level.
The expanded public works programme (EPWP) by the Department of Public Works is seen as a key short-term mechanism to increase employability, provide work experience and create value chains through entrepreneurship.
Youth development cannot be the responsibility of young people alone. There is a role for all sectors and role-players through a holistic and integrated approach to youth development.
Youth development is an integral part of addressing the challenges of post Apartheid South Africa. In devising policies and programmes for the development of all South Africans the integration of issues and the specific challenges faced by young people are essential.
