We recognise the fact that South Africa's young people often face significant barriers to establish or manage their own businesses. On the other hand, we also understand that not every young person can start/run a business.

South Africa on its own has got lots of natural resources that young people can exploit in creating sustainable businesses. Our different provinces have different types of resources to create such opportunities. It is with this in mind that we've developed entrepreneurship training.

Our intervention is designed to take into consideration the area in which the youth wish to start businesses and to assist them in identifying and analysing the viability of different business ideas as well as potential growth of such businesses. These interventions are custom-made to help the youth to consider a more practical approach towards doing business either within a particular province or within South Africa, and they incorporate a strong sense of business ethics among the participants, as well as life skills that reach beyond the business field.

Towards the end of the programme, participants would have gained enough knowledge and courage to use the information that was gathered throughout the programme to develop comprehensive and sensible business plans around their different business ideas.

Our development programme is presented by successful business owners and people that have done extensive research in youth entrepreneurship. It focuses on incorporating a strong sense of business ethics among the participants, as well as life skills that reach beyond the business field. To achieve real success, we also invite professionals with expertise from different spheres of business to interact with the students on relevant topics of entrepreneurship.
